What types of prescription services does Primrose Pharmacy? 
We offer prescription medication services, mail order supplies, over-the-counter (OTC) products, sharps containers, and other injectable supplies. Contact us to learn more. 


I am currently not a Primrose Pharmacy customer and have my prescriptions filled somewhere else. How do I transfer my prescriptions to Primrose Pharmacy? 
We can transfer your prescriptions for you. Simply bring your current prescription bottles to Primrose Pharmacy, along with your insurance card, and we take it from there. You can also call us with the prescription numbers located on your bottle, the phone number of the pharmacy you are currently using, and your insurance information. We will take care of the rest! 


What insurances do you accept? 
Primrose Pharmacy accepts most insurances. Bring your card in or give us a call and we can verify your coverage. 


Will my insurance co-pays be different at Primrose? 
No, your co-pays should not change. Co-pays are usually the same wherever you go. 


How do I fill a new mail order prescription through Primrose Pharmacy? 
You have several options for requesting a new mail order medication. You can complete the Primrose Pharmacy order form, and send it to us with your hard copy prescriptions from your doctor. You can also have your doctor call or fax us your prescription. 


How long does it take to get a prescription filled by mail order? 
Normally, it takes 10-14 business days to receive a NEW prescription. For refills, you will generally receive your prescription in 7–10 business days. 


Can I return an order? 
By law, we cannot accept prescription returns once your order has shipped. You may cancel your order before your order is shipped. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our Member Services Department by e-mail at
